Our goal is to ship within 24 hours or less from receipt of Customer P.O. Shipment delays can happen from time to time for a variety of reasons. We try and keep our customers informed when an order is delayed, however we are not responsible for any consequential damages as a result of any shipping delays.

At Perk, we try our best to meet our customers delivery requirements. We can not guarantee delivery on a certain date and or time. When using outside carriers such as Fedex and UPS it's on a "best effort" basis. All we can promise is that your package will ship on time and email notification of shipping and tracking information will be sent.
