Our goal is to ship within 24 hours or less from receipt of Customer P.O. Shipment delays can happen from time to time for a variety of reasons. We try and keep our customers informed when an order is delayed, however we are not responsible for any consequential damages as a result of any shipping delays. When using outside carriers such as Fedex and UPS it's on a "best effort" basis.
